I had the pleasure of working with Zach from Ace for a reinspection of my home. I recently bought a home and had an inspection with someone my realtor recommended. (Red Flag! I do not recommend this unless it’s ACE). If only I had worked with Zach for my initial inspection, never would I have stepped into the mess that I did. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and patient. Zach answered all my concerns and walked me through my home explaining the issues with the home that I had identified in first days of living here.
